Russian citizens can enter the museum only with a Russian QR code and a passport. Children aged 17 years or under do not need a QR code. Foreign citizens can present either a Russian QR code or a negative PCR test result issued no earlier than 24 hours before their visit. Masks must still be worn on the territory of the museum. Please have your QR code and passport ready when you arrive at the museum in order to speed up the entry process.
These temporary rules were promulgated by the Moscow City Government and the Russian Ministry of Culture and allow for no exceptions. If you have already purchased tickets yet lack a QR code to enter the museum, you can return the tickets in accordance with the User’s Agreement. To return a ticket, please fill out the electronic ticket return form.
