The solemn and austere "White Hall" of the museum is one of three exhibition halls on the second floor. It hosts classical music concerts as part of the famous "December Evenings", exhibition openings, presentations and museum events. It is most often the place to begin viewing the temporary exhibitions that occupy this hall, the colonnade and the 20th hall that ends it.
