Tickets to the Pushkin State Museum are available for purchase only online; sales in the ticket office are temporarily suspended. The museum cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased elsewhere.

PERMANENT EXHIBITION

Entrance ticket to the Main Building:

COMBINED TICKET TO TWO BUILDINGS

The sale of combined tickets is temporarily suspended because admittance to each building is arranged strictly by session times.

REDUCED FARES

Reduced-fare tickets are available to eligible visitor categories upon the presentation of a confirmation document. You can buy a ticket of any category online, but please be sure to bring a document confirming your eligibility for the discount, as you may need to present it at a checkpoint. For safety considerations, we have temporarily suspended the mandatory exchange of reduced-fare e-tickets for paper tickets.

FREE TICKETS

Free admittance to the museum is available to the following visitor categories:

• children under 18 y.o.
• disabled persons (with disability degree >50%)
• disabled children
• persons accompanying disabled adults or children
• members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM)
• journalists with press card

Tickets of any category can be purchased on the museum web-site for 1 RUB. Unfortunately, the technical capabilities of our payment system do not allow us to sell e-tickets for 0 rubles, so we had to set a token price of 1 ruble for them. This is not a commercial decision, but it allows us to provide equal access to all visitor categories under the current sanitation restrictions.

Please be sure to bring a document confirming your eligibility for the discount, as you may need to present it at a checkpoint. For safety considerations, we have temporarily suspended the mandatory exchange of reduced-fare e-tickets for paper tickets.

• every Wednesday and the second Sunday of each month for students in standard professional educational programs (citizens of the Russian Federation).

Please note that the Pushkin State Museum is not on the list of museums that can be visited free of charge every third Sunday and every third week of the month.

The fast-track service is temporarily unavailable because admittance to the museum is arranged strictly by session as per the time specified on the ticket.

TICKETS AT THE TICKET OFFICE

For the safety of visitors ticket sales at the ticket office on a first come first served basis are temporarily unavailable.

ONLINE TICKETS

You can buy an admission ticket online in advance or on the date of your visit. The number of e-tickets is limited. Please read the User Agreement and the Museum Admission Policy before you buy tickets. Should you experience difficulties buying a ticket online, please refer to the e-ticket purchase instructions.

Tickets purchased online can be returned as per the terms and conditions of the User Agreement. An admission ticket with a session time on it can be returned until the end of the date specified on the ticket. To return a ticket, download and complete the refund application form and e-mail it to tickets@arts-museum.ru.
